- Aiken SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT COORDINATOR
Duties and responsibilities (PVT) LTD.
- Coordinate project activities, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project scope, project plans and status reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track project milestones and detect any potential risks or challenges; provide timely updates to the project team.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software project management.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Skills and Competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management and strong communication and presentation skills.
