Vacancy for

  • Aiken SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT COORDINATOR

Duties and responsibilities (PVT) LTD.

  • Coordinate project activities, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project scope, project plans and status reports.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Track project milestones and detect any potential risks or challenges; provide timely updates to the project team.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software project management.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team management and strong communication and presentation skills.
