Logistics Executive
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive located in Colombo. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics and supply chain operations, providing customer service support, and driving sales. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and implementing logistical solutions, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement logistics solutions effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics operations to ensure goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Time Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
