Comprising of four structures, One Galle Face Mall, The Residences at One Galle Face, Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo and One Galle Face Tower, the development combines both the service and hospitality of Shangri-La Hotels with vibrant entertainment, elegant living and premier office space.

YOUR responsibilities include:
- Manage the Carpark operation
- Ensure to run the operation strictly and accordingly to the prescribed standards
- Handling Tenants and customer inquiries
- Preparing all audit reports and coordinating with tenants for season pass updates and token passes. Coordinating with the vendor for any repairs and system upgrades.
- Any other duties assigned by the HOD.
YOU should possess:
- Proven progressive years of experience working in similar capacity
- Thorough knowledge Microsoft word and XL
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse team
- Personnel with the experience of hospitality industry
- Age between 35 to 45
