We are currently seeking an Acumatica Implementation Consultant with a focus our growing Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will support our clients by implementing Acumatica using our prescribed methodology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist partners with implementation discovery, project analysis, scope creation, proposal building, and complex Fit-Gap Analysis.
  • Support partners by addressing challenging application questions, tracking issues during implementation, and resolving or escalating problems per company guidelines.
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, processes, system interfaces, and outputs.
  • Adhere to established implementation standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies.
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation and client reporting.
  • Support solutions by addressing application questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes, and resolving or escalating problems per company guidelines.
  • Assist partners in responding strategically to functional requirements.
  • Plan and conduct product and technology presentations for partners and at field events like conferences and seminars.
  • Provide user training and documentation to aid business partners in solution presentations. Offer feedback and suggested solutions regarding partner needs, challenges, and attitudes. Mentor new team members as assigned.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Acumatica Certification.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including T-accounts, ledgers, sub-ledgers, and basic accounting concepts.
  • Experience with installing and configuring Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP).
  • Experience in software presentation, demonstration, and ERP system financial and ad-hoc report writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
  • Experience with commerce integrations like Amazon, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and understanding relational database concepts and design.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a creative and adaptive approach to eliminating implementation obstacles.
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional communication abilities.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information.
  • 5+ years of ERP software implementation experience in business consulting, project management, and engagement planning.
  • Experience in verticals like construction, manufacturing, distribution, field services, financials, and/or inventory ERP implementation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in business software sales and technology knowledge.
