Technical Officer - Engineering Department
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle documentation related to machinery, vehicle service, and preventive maintenance.
- Preparing a comparison sheet for engineering quotations and coordinating with outsourcing parties.
- Ensure minimum stock levels of spare parts in engineering stores are maintained.
- Maintain an up-to-date record book to monitor the consumption of materials.
- Regularly review and reconcile the purchase bills with the corresponding cost center allocations.
- Assist the department head with administrative tasks.
- Update ISO documents and maintain certification compliance.
Key Requirements
- Female applicants only
- Age below 35 years.
- Successful completion of G.C.E A/L with Mathematics or Engineering Technology subjects.
- Possession of an NCT or any engineering-related certificate course or diploma.
- Previous experience working in an engineering department is advantageous.
- Experience of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CAD drawings.
