QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects.
- Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Monitor and control project expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost control and project efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a mechanical or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in QS software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
