MANAGER - AFTER SALES SERVICE

Location: Maldives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - After Sales Service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role demands exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of after-sales service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage After Market operations in the Maldives.
  • Lead and manage the after-sales service team to deliver exceptional customer support in Maldives
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the after-market division, driving sales growth and market penetration.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the After Market team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage the service budget and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Age below 45 years.

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage. Proven experience in a senior sales role, specifically in the after-market and service industry. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

In-depth knowledge of the market landscape in the Maldives.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel extensively as required.
