SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Senior Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and priorities. Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven training and development experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
