RESIDENCE MEDICAL OFFICER - HOME CARE

JOB PROFILE

  • Ensure that the Home Care unit provides available and necessary services in order to carry out the business in a sustainable manner
  • Create and maintain a customer friendly environment under the unit by providing pleasant patient experience
  • Ensure safety of all patients by carrying out proper assessment, Initiate appropriate treatment and monitoring
  • Be part of Hemas Culture of Continuous Quality Improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University (MBBS or equivalent) with the registration in Sri Lanka Medical Council
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a medical officer following the internship
  • Ability to perform CPR and BLS and preferably ACLS
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindhearted and dedicated to patient care
