LANWA Sanstha Cement Corporation (Private) Limited is a BOI venture and a fully owned subsidiary company of Ceylon Steel Corporation Limited. Our State-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Export Processing Zone, Mirijjawila, Hambantota.
The company is looking for team spirited, result oriented individuals with passion and dynamism for the following vacancy.
HR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and record payroll data, maintain compliance with regulations, and prepare EPF/ETF reports.
- Lead the h-Senid HRIS system implementation, handle employee personal files and attendance records.
- Prepare appointment letters, manage job offers, and handle correspondence for recruitment, transfers, promotions, and retirements.
- Submit monthly employee information, prepare management reports, and maintain the exit interview procedure.
- Update the organizational structure, coordinate annual contract evaluations, and ensure awareness of company cadre and vacancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification (PQHRM) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in HR software (hSenid) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Candidates who reside in close proximity to Hambantota, Specially in Mirijjawila area, are highly preferred.
