- Provide on time and accurate information to help management in making business decisions.
- Preparation of monthly projections, financial and management reports.
- Lead the annual budgeting processing, work with cross functional teams to drive business results and manage working capital effectively.
- A thorough understanding of policies, procedures and KPIs is required to ensure compliance.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Financial/ Business Management or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- Relevant industry experience of 2 years will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhalese languages, attention to detail, teamwork, and a structured and disciplined work approach.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, and develop effective interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams.
