HR Manager - (Location: Magallegama)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the HR Operations.
- Implementation of all HR Strategies.
- Carry out employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Create learning and development programs.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Qualification in human resources management.
- 5 to 10 Year experience in HR & Administration.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Experience in HRIS.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
