Job Title:
STUDENT COUNSELLOR - DIMO ACADEMY
Job Role:
The Job holder is responsible to promote study programs to prospective students and assist them in the enrollment process as per the admission guidelines. The incumbent should provide educational and vocational guidance to support the student's personal and professional development. Entrust quality enrollment and customer care services to all stakeholders is also a key responsibility of this position.
Job Requirements:
- Part or Full academic/professional qualification in Marketing or Business Management
- Proven experience as a student counsellor in a reputed institution, college, or university
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil would be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students and stakeholders effectively
- A passion for empowering students to achieve their highest potential
- Knowledge of the technical education landscape and emerging industry trends would be preferred
