MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
BOC Property Development & Management (Pvt) Ltd required the services of a Building Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain our buildings in Colombo 03 and Kandy.
Job Profile
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, civil, and mechanical systems in the buildings including addressing maintenance concerns, project planning, inventory management, and coordinating procurement activities.
The prospective candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with an Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka/UK.
- Minimum 8 Years' experience in building maintenance and project planning.
- Working knowledge in electrical engineering, air conditioning, and plumbing related Systems.
- Sound communication skill in both Sinhala and English.
- Age below 45 years.
Salary: Negotiable
