Executive - Graphic Design & Digital Content (Male / Female)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing, creative digital contents/graphic designs for social media platforms, presentations, art works for marketing, commercial materials and promotional materials.
- Create engaging video content, including editing and post-production, for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand/s consistency and alignment with marketing goals and objectives with an innovative approach.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, softwares, Al tools and digital content strategies.
Minimum Qualifications and Attributes
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital content, visual art, graphic design, or similar role, preferably in a creative agency or design firm.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design applications and Al tools.
- Skills in innovative concepts and creative designs with strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing (Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), animation and motion graphics development including character based explainer video, Al tools, etc.
- Diploma, certification or equivalent qualification will be an advantage, but not essential.
Successful Candidate Must Have
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala, or Tamil languages.
- The ideal candidate would be a good team player with multitasking capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- General IT skills in Email, Internet and Microsoft Office packages.
