SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Our client is specialized in engineering products and provide solutions for cargo, airplane, and armored vehicles like airframe restraints & barrier solutions, cargo handling & movement systems and RPG protection. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high product quality
- Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment
- Work closely with other departments to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum total 4-5 years of experience and minimum of 2 years of experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH)
- Experience with PLCs, motion systems, vision inspection systems
