Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand travel needs and preferences.
- Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel services.
- Create detailed travel itineraries.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide customer support.
- Promote and sell travel packages and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage bookings.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Travel Consultant who has information of travel destinations.
- Working in Sri Lanka and having a laptop and high-speed internet is mandatory.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, Sabre, Amadeus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours.
- Travel or tourism certification is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- First Month: 37,038.25 LKR and if 07 bookings are met will be given 20,576.80 LKR as their commission.
- Second month onwards: 37,038.25-45,268.97 LKR salary, if 10 bookings are met 20,576.80 LKR as their commission.
