SPARE PARTS EXECUTIVE
(Colombo/Kandy)
Euro Motors (Pte) Ltd is the sole agent for importing and distributing JAC brand-new commercial vehicles in Sri Lanka. Today, the organization has become the market leader by satisfying customers in the Sri Lankan market for 20 years with an extended product portfolio that consists of a complete range of automobiles. We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy in our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Picking parts for customer orders and checking stock availability from various enquiries.
- Handling walk-in customers, internet enquiries, inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.
- Be involved in inventory management, invoicing and other admin tasks.
- Complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).
- Match demand against stock and report to the relevant department for further action.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of G.C.E. A/L is a minimum requirement.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the spare parts field.
- Flexible and positive attitude with an outgoing approach to work.
- Age below 35 years.
- Should possess a driving license.
- Basic computer literacy: MS Office, Email & Internet.
