Executive - Finance
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income and cash flow statements.
- Assist superiors in preparing periodical financial reports with necessary inputs, reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and analytics.
- Participate in financial audits and assist with audit preparation and documentation.
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions related to imports, including payment processing, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their respective financial operations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system.
- Knowledge in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and import accounting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good team player.
