Executive - Employer Branding

The Job:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Executive - Employer Branding to lead our efforts in building and promoting our employer brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and human resources, with a passion for creating compelling employer branding initiatives that attract top talent and engage our current employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various channels, including social media, our careers website, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to keep our employer branding efforts competitive and innovative.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, recruitment agencies, and industry associations.
  • Measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through metrics and analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
