Job Description
- Members Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and associated equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply of hot water and steam for heating, cooking, and laundry services.
- Monitor boiler gauges, meters, and controls to regulate water levels, fuel consumption, and steam pressure within prescribed parameters.
- Adjust boiler controls, valves, and switches as needed to optimize performance and efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in laundry machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and ensure reliability.
- Order and replace defective parts as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications
Boiler license is mandatory.
- 3 years' experience as a Boiler technician.
- Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
