Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate properties.
- Lead negotiations using strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Understand and analyze market trends to guide clients on maximizing their return on investment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the property inventory across different market segments.
- Match the best properties to meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Proactively manage client relationships and maintain a professional and positive rapport with all clients.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication.
An ideal candidate should possess:
- A diploma, degree and/or fully or part completed professional qualification. 4+ years of experience in either corporate banking, key account management, business development or handling high value sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have effective problem-solving skills.
