Our Client is one of the Leading apparel Companies in Sri Lanka. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all shipments are delivered on schedule by coordinating with logistics providers and warehouse teams, monitoring shipment statuses, and resolving any delays.
- Oversee timely creation and approval of product samples, while communicating with customers to address and resolve any production issues to meet their requirements and deadlines. Continuously monitor the shipping process from dispatch to delivery, maintain communication with logistics partners, and address any delays to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct follow-ups on the production process to ensure it adheres to the schedule and perform testing of fabrics and garments to verify quality standards before shipment.
- Manage procurement of threads and packing materials from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality, and coordinate the printing and embellishment processes to ensure accurate production and integration into final products.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Business Management or Marketing or CIM
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of Tech packs & Customer requirements
- Knowledge of Market trends & Client quality expectations
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with 3rd party service providers
