SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST
The Job:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join Timex Garments.
- This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the CEO to analyze business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of key business metrics, financial data, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, summarizing findings, highlighting areas for optimization, and proposing actionable strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, including growth strategies, product expansions, and market penetration initiatives.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
