IT Officer - Kandy
Responsibilities
- Providing IT support for English Exams and Courses.
- Managing, Entering, and Analyzing Student data.
- Supervising and Administering Computer-based Exams.
- Create user accounts for students to access learning contents and materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in IT, Foundation in Information Technology (FIT), or NVQ Level 4 or 5.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge in CCTV operations, PC troubleshooting, installing and configuring software and network.
- Experience in PABX operations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
