IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT FOR
Technical Officer/Site Engineer (Male)
Dumeeqs Consultancy is one of the growing leading cost consultancies providing integrated project and cost management services for construction and engineering projects, a company in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka.
Due to continued success in the country we are now seeking Technical Officer / Site Engineer (Male) to join our already established team in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka immediately.
The Technical Officer/Site Engineer will hold the following responsibilities and duties (Male)
- Perfect communication and negotiation skills, providing Clients with value for money.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Ability to handle various renovation works sites with technical knowledge.
- Identify business opportunities for renovation work.
- Strong leadership, manage labors and site supervisors.
- Prepare quotations for facility management (renovation work) if required.
- Deal with subcontractors and suppliers to get competitive prices.
- Manage site costs and coordinate with quantity surveyors/estimators.
- Motivate team members and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
- Valid Motor Cycle riding license and Light weight vehicle.
Requirements
- Qualified with a Technical college Certificate (NCT) or relevant Certificate from accredited internationally recognized institution or equality Technical College/University.
- Minimum of 4 to 8 Years experience.
- Takes initiative and has good planning and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Displays original thinking and creativity, presents ideas and information in a manner that other's attention.
- Preferably below 35 years in age a pleasing personality.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
- Applicants residence around Gampaha District will be given priority.
