Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.
- Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
- Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
- Provide responsive customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up on client referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication & good command of English.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, accompanied by effective communication abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
