PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Lawin Holdings Pvt Ltd is a renowned leader in the wooden furniture manufacturing industry, dedicated to crafting high-quality and sustainable furniture pieces. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Purchasing Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies tailored to the wooden furniture industry.
- Source and evaluate suppliers of wood, hardware, finishes, and other materials, ensuring quality and sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to forecast demand and manage procurement planning.
- Resolve issues related to purchase orders, delivery, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to purchasing and environmental sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the wooden furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
