Business Development Manager
Dumeeqs Consultancy is one of the leading and growing cost consultancies providing integrated project and cost management services for construction and engineering projects in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka. Due to our continued success in the country, we are now seeking a Business Development Manager for our newly established renovation and maintenance company Mr. Fix (www.mrfix.lk), to join our team in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka immediately. The Business Development Manager will hold the following responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals, including market expansion and revenue growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified with Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited internationally recognized institution.
- Minimum of 4 to 15 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
- Preferably below 40 years of age with a pleasing personality.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
- Applicants residing around Gampaha District will be preferred.
