ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
  • Plan and coordinate staff recruitment based on the directives given by the management.
  • Prepare annual training plan & budget and organize training & development activities.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements.
  • Conduct disciplinary inquiries & investigations whenever needed.
  • Performance management & HR related documentation work.

  • Ability to Interact and engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership and decision making.
  • Ethical conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Should have a degree or professional qualifications in the field of Human Resources management from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
