SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Good writing and verbal communication in English
- Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office package
- Telephone ethics and Email handling skills
- Should have successfully passed the GCE Advanced Level examination
- Experience in Hotel Reservations or Customer service background will be an added advantage
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record keeping for all email correspondence with guests and travel agents Prepare arrival and departure flight schedules and follow up
- Coordinate guest related activities and events
- Deliver exceptional service to guests
- Communicate key information among team members
- Related payments handling and billing
- Prepare documents for guests' requirements
- Maintain guests records
