Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at 'Transnational Technology Solutions Lanka Pvt Ltd' (www.ttsl.lk). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored technology solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and effectively maintain the commercial portfolio in terms of Accounts Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 03 Years of experience with a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the technology sector or in a similar industry.
  • Exposure to Banking and FinTech services would be an added benefit.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
