JOB PROFILE
- The job holder is responsible for managing financial reports accurately and in a timely manner, while ensuring the smooth flow of finance operations in the healthcare sector and adhering to all required financial regulatory compliances.
- Facilitating audits and providing feedback and observations to the management.
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure stakeholder experience is maintained at the highest standards.
S/he will be based at the company's manufacturing facility located in Flinth Commercial Park, Kadawatha.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience in leading a finance team, preferably in a group of companies.
- Great Place WorkⓇ Certified SEP 2023-SEP 2024.
- Good knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems.
- Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
- Very good communication skills.
- Should be hands-on and detailed in International Financial Report Standards (IFRS) and apply them to business scenarios.
