Cost Assistant
- Candidate Profile:
- Prior work experience between 6-12 months would be an added advantage
- Should possess a diploma/degree from a recognized institute (part/fully qualified)
- Prior working knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office package
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal & team-working skills are an added advantage
- Knowledge in AAT/CA would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Data entry into our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- Data analysis and reporting (periodic review of resin & raw materials)
- Conducting post-costings for jobs completed
- Work with procurement to ensure 3rd party packaging materials are ordered accurately
- Assist team leads as required on coordination with factories on production capacity and looking at how it be enhanced or maximized with available resources
Notes:
- Candidate availability: Immediate. Preferably to start by 01-July-2024.
- Remuneration package will be discussed during the interview.
- The candidate will be required to work from our head office based in Colpetty (Colombo 03) on all weekdays (Monday to Friday) with an exception where work will have to be carried out remotely (work- from-home) when and if a need arises over a weekend.
