Possess a bachelor's degree in HR/ or Professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Be computer literate in MS Office packages with Excellent / Advanced spreadsheet skills.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely information in an orderly manner.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of work-related experience in organizational performance management.
Good Working knowledge of analytics.
Possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala with interpersonal and influencing skills.

THE JOB
Management of the employee life cycle & need to ensure that all actions with reference to the Employee Life cycle will be carried out in a smooth, timely, and accurate manner.
Custodian of all compliance and audit related matters.
Fully responsible for carrying out all operational HR activities including on-boarding and off-boarding.
Preparation of MI Reports and maintain employee records manually and through HRIS.
Managing employee disciplinary matters.
Managing the automation projects of the HR operation.
