Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity

Scope & Responsibilities

Collect and analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and anticipated risks
Monitor and follow up zonal objectives to ensure sales & profitability achievements
Prepare marketing plans aligning with allocated budgets
Ability to organize and conduct small to large scale farmer training sessions and promotional campaigns
Coordination with Agrarian Service Centers, Agriculture Research Stations and special projects
Organizing shop branding & merchandising of point-of-sale materials
