Responsibilities:
- Elevate Guest Satisfaction: Lead efforts to ensure every guest experiences true serenity by implementing industry best practices and personalized service.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations with meticulous attention to detail, optimizing processes for seamless efficiency.
- Inspire Excellence: Motivate and lead our dynamic team towards excellence in guest service, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Departmental Coordination: Skillfully manage and coordinate various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services, to maintain consistently high standards.
- Human Resources Management: Cultivate a harmonious and productive work environment by managing staffing needs, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing HR strategies aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute in Sri Lanka or abroad.
- Proven Leadership: A track record of minimum 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Age Range: Between 35 and 50 years, with a mature outlook.
- Systematic Thinker: Strong analytical skills for implementing efficient systems.
- Charismatic Presence: A confident and charismatic personality.
- Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication and public relations skills.
