POST OF MARKETING MANAGER
Applications are invited from experienced and result-driven Marketing Managers for Horana Plantations PLC. Our company produces various products including Tea, Rubber, Oil Palm, Coconut, Cinnamon, Other Diversified Crops, and Value-Added Products.
Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree, a Diploma in Marketing, or membership in a recognized professional marketing institute will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing management role or similar capacity in a Tea and Rubber plantation company or an industry-related organization. Candidates should possess knowledge of handling Tea and Rubber auction-related activities, need excellent tea-tasting skills, and have experience in liquoring teas.
- Ability to manage and administer all activities and staff of the Marketing Department required.
Preference will be given to those below 45 years.
