EXECUTIVE-HUMAN RESOURCES
Horana Plantations PLC is seeking applications for the position of experienced Executive - Human Resource. Our company produces a wide range of products including Tea, Rubber, Oil Palm, Coconut, Cinnamon, other diversified crops, and value-added products.
Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Human Resources from a recognized university or institute.
Experience
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Executive- Human Resource role or similar capacity.
- Working experience in a plantation company or an industry-related organization will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage and administer all activities of the Human Resources Department.
Preference will be given to those below 35 years.
