KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Maintain good customer relations and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Achieving assigned sales targets.
- Develop sales plans and activities to achieve the set objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should possess good secondary education with four credit passes including Mathematics and English at the G.C.E.O/L examination.
- Minimum of 03 years' experience in a similar capacity (Lubricants, FMCG, or Related).
- Part qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Good command of English / Sinhala languages (Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Ability to handle corporate customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess a valid Driving License.
