Customer Care Executive - IT Tech Support

The applicant should have positive outlook, be responsible, organized & people friendly with the ability to work independently. Job Role

  • Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure service requests are attended & closed as per SLAs.
  • Prepare Job Estimates & follow up for customer approvals.
  • Follow up RMAs from Suppliers.
  • Co-ordinate equipment collection from vendors & deliveries to Customer.
  • Manage Service Log & Prepare Service Reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Age between 25 - 35 years.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma in Office Administration from a reputed Institute.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Those with prior experience in a similar capacity will have distinct advantage.
