We are a manufacturing and export-oriented group of companies, looking for an energetic and self-motivated personnel for the above position at our Head Office located in Nugegoda.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing or full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM or equivalent qualification in any other relevant field.
  • Degree / Full qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office and having computer literacy
  • Strong capability to coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and suppliers
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling and customer communication
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Having good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize among assignments
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to be accountable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the Order processing, Planning Scheduling and monitoring of the orders
  • Coordinating with Clients/Suppliers /Staff members and Management for smooth operation of Orders
  • Preparation & confirmation of Sales contract/Shipping Instruction & following up with Clients on frequent basis related to the delivery dead line
  • Negotiate with suppliers on prices and delivery terms
  • Managing procurement on time with optimum quantities and ensure they are delivered on time to the factory/factories for smooth operation
  • Updating and maintaining records on orders and keep close communication with clients.
