We're looking for Manager - Monitoring and Accountability

The Manager - Monitoring and Accountability - will lead and innovate in monitoring and accountability, ensuring data accuracy, promoting learning, and fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitoring: Design and implement monitoring systems, analyze data for insights, support field teams, and ensure compliance with standards to drive program improvement and accountability.
  • Accountability: Establish and manage inclusive accountability mechanisms, facilitate feedback processes, ensure timely responses, and uphold transparency and ethical standards to enhance program impact.
  • Coordination and Representation: Liaise with stakeholders, represent the organization in initiatives, share learnings, and coordinate effectively to promote best practices in monitoring and accountability.
