Junior Executive-Investment Operations
LYNEAR is a boutique asset manager offering private wealth management services to private and institutional clientele, and broader investment management services through our recently launched Unit Trusts. We serve our clients as a trusted financial advisor, risk conscious portfolio builder, and experienced investment manager.
We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic individual to join our Back Office as Junior Executive Investment Operations.
PROFILE:
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification in a related field
- Candidate should have at least 1 year's work experience in a similar or related field. Experience in clearing/settlements or post-trade activities will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and good numerical skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and work under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Investment operations team in pre-trade activities (investment instructions, documentation, etc).
- Support the team in the day-to-day settlement functions, collateral management, fund transfers.
- Dealing with counterparties and front office team to support the smooth functioning of investment activities.
- Work with the team in post-trade activities such as data capture, verification, reconciliation, and valuations.
- Assist in activities on Client Reporting on performance and holdings.
