THE POSITION

The Food and Beverage Manager leads all Food and Beverage outlets and functions on property and oversees all Food and Beverage of the hotel. He will be reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate should be a highly resourceful leader and team-player. who is comfortable working in a diverse environment, sometimes under pressure and high demands, while remaining flexible, proactive, approachable, and efficient.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will assist managing the Food and Beverage department, ensuring the efficient running of the all-hotel food and beverage facilities, including all out lets such as Beach club, Private Dining and Lounge Bar service and systems.
  • It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all food and beverage function, new projects, you will be involved in preparing the food and beverage budget for the property and will provide the food and beverage knowledge for the hotel operational plans. and will implement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree in Food and Beverage in Hospitality Industry.
  • Two years' operating experience in a similar capacity within hospitality.
  • Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
  • Familiar with the local government requirements and regulations.
  • Passion for leadership. work experience in the luxury hotel company, preferably in a similar capacity.
