We are a leading Manufacturer and an exporter of Coconut kernel-based food products in Sri Lanka with modern processing facilities that conform to International Standards. All the products are manufactured under the most strictly supervised hygienic conditions and in a production facilities and processes are BRC, ISO 22000, ORGANIC, KOSHER Certified and our esteemed product range ensures to meet the quality requirements of the global market.

Job Description:

Position: Executive - Recruitment

Location: Pannala, Makandura

Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Years

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing end to end internal recruitment process. This may involve full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefits knowledge and cultural fit assessment)
  • Coordinate with the internal team in ensuring all requirements are addressed and delivered aligning with budget and management expectations
  • Effectively utilize all recruitment tools and channels in sourcing for best fit candidates
  • Develop and maintain a rich network and continuous flow of talents for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Conduct paper screening and initial interviews of candidates
  • Schedule, facilitate and conduct the Technical Interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure candidates' completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Understand the market trends and conduct research related to recruitment and sourcing activities to deliver strategic opportunities

The ideal Candidate should possess the following attributes at a minimum;

  • Must have strong experience in handling various roles, preferably from Manufacturing Sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in targeted sourcing for hard to fill vacancies.
  • Boolean Search experience
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Experience in Digital recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently operate within fast-paced environments across multiple systems.
