Sumathi Hospitality was created in order to manage the development of restaurants, student hostels, city hotel projects in the properties owned by the holding company. Butlers is an Up & coming fusion Restaurant in Colombo gaining high growth & popular within a short period since its inception. We invite Dedicated, Enthusiastic candidates to join our team.
Stewards/Trainee Stewards
- Oversee the preparation and setup of dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required for Trainee Stewards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
