SYSTEMS SUPPORT ENGINEER (L1/L2) - REMOTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional helpdesk support: Resolve client issues efficiently through phone, email, and chat, covering hardware, software, network, and cloud problems.
- Master cloud infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS and Azure environments with cloud-agnostic solutions.
- Become a technical expert: Deploy and manage Windows systems, troubleshooting firewalls, networks, and software.
- Embrace automation and DevOps: Develop skills in automation and DevOps practices.
- Work with global clients: Collaborate with diverse clients worldwide.
- Document effectively: Clearly document technical solutions and troubleshooting steps
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year in IT support, preferably helpdesk.
- Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls.
- Productivity tools: Familiar with Office 365, server/network monitoring, and service desk tools.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Continuous learning: Passion for staying up to date with new technologies
Bonus Points:
- Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, PowerShell/Python scripting.
- Additional certifications or relevant experience.
