Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Create visually appealing content by collaborating with graphic designers and multimedia specialists.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track progress and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends to explore new opportunities for growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing & Communications, Branding or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Experience as a social media content writer with Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and campaign management is a plus.
