Production Technician (Wattala)
- Analyze sketches/samples, understand customer requirements, and guide production teams to achieve high level of efficiency and quality
- Engage in skill development and skill upgrading of employees
- Decide on technical specifications for garments
- Coordinate pre-production and production activities
- Work closely with plant management
- Engage with product development processing
- Communicate with foreign buyers via various platforms
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum six years' experience in apparel manufacturing
- Ability to manage a team efficiently
